Do you handle anything other than providing information on the utility services in my area?

Yes. Along with providing the utility information at your residence, we offer the ability to setup a variety of home services for you including, but not limited to, security, satellite or cable television, Internet, home phone, and mobile phone.

Are you able to disconnect the utility services I currently use?

Due to privacy laws, we do not have authorization on your accounts to process disconnections on your behalf.

As a real estate broker with a large team of agents, I am very interested in being able to brand this service as my own. Do you offer any sort of personal customization options?

Most definitely. Two weeks before your move date is the perfect time to reach out to us, but we will work with you at anytime.

I’m moving tomorrow. Is that too late to request your service?

Not at all, but be sure to contact us as soon as possible as some of the providers that we work with can sometimes take 24 hours or more before they are able to schedule an installation.

I’ve lived at my current address for over 10 years. Is it possible for Move-In Connect to still help me save money on my monthly television/Internet/telephone/security costs?

Absolutely! While we pride ourselves on making the moving process as simple and stress free as possible, we are always available to help you compare rates with any home service that you’re looking to modify or add.
